Stephen Windmill (Chief Executive Officer)

Stephen Windmill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Silver Lake Consulting. He has received his Bachelor’s from Cal Tech in Mathematics and Economics with highest distinction. He did his graduate work in Economics at Boston University.

Windmill is an experienced expert witness, and his litigation work encompasses a wide array of statistical and economic topics. Under his leadership, Silver Lake Consulting has built long-term consulting relationships with several Fortune 500 firms and governmental organisations.

Jake Sanderberg (Chief Analytics Officer)

Jake Sanderberg is the Chief Analytics Officer at Silver Lake Consulting. He has completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Econometrics from the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires. He did his PhD from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to Silver Lake, Jake worked as a Professor of Mathematics and Theoretical Statistics at Universidad Torcuato di Tella. He is also the Co-Founder of a hedge fund specializing in arbitrage trading strategies, and his primary research interest includes designing, testing and implementing automated trading systems. He oversees a team of over 30 analysts with diverse expertise in statistics, econometrics, and applied mathematics.

Martina Chowsky (Quantitative Analyst)

Martina Chowsky is the Quantitative Analyst at Silver Lake Consulting. She holds a PhD degree in Epidemiology from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in Genetics from Northwestern University.

Martina is a skilled statistician with 18 years of diverse research experience and an extensive background in all phases of study design. She is proficient in R, Stata, and Lisrel, and specializes in structural equation modelling, cluster analysis, item response theory, survival analysis, and latent class analysis.
